The brand strategy for COVID Compliance was building trust. Customers wanted to trust that Gold Coast employees were sanitizing, wearing masks, being tested, and benign educated in symptoms. I created a training video for all stakeholders, as well as signs for jobsites. I also submitted to the County for COVID Compliance, and Gold Coast received a grant for $2,000. Audiences for this campaign were employees who needed to be reminded to follow precautions, subcontractors who did not want to, and homeowners, who were afraid of getting sick.
